The Internal Playbook We Use to Train Our Own Sales Team
This book began as an internal document. After going through every type of sale imaginable — B2B, B2C, one-to-many, one-to-one, online, in person — we sat down and asked ourselves: what do we actually know about selling? Not what the textbooks say. What do we actually know, from experience, that works?
We extracted the lessons, the patterns, the principles that held across every context. The things that were true whether the product cost $50 or $500,000. Whether the sale happened on a call, in a meeting, through a VSL, or in a physical store. And we turned it into a guide.
Small document. Enormous application.
Because here is the truth: life is sales. All of it. You are an entrepreneur? You are selling — your offer, your vision, your brand, every time someone interacts with you. You are a marketer? You are selling — a perspective, a problem frame, a solution. And yes — relationships are sales too. The way you show up, the way you communicate, the way you make people feel seen and understood. It is all persuasion. It is all influence.
That is why this book is built on timeless principles of selling and persuasion — not tactics that will be obsolete next year, but the underlying mechanics of human decision-making that have not changed and will not change.
Read it once and you will understand selling differently. Read it again before every major pitch and you will perform differently.
