However, we offer a performance-based refund condition under strict criteria.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
You may request a refund ONLY if all of the following conditions are met:
- You actively participated in the program
- You applied the strategies, systems, or methods taught inside Insight+
- You can provide clear and documented proof of implementation
- You did not achieve the specific target results that were clearly defined and agreed upon
2. PROOF REQUIREMENTS
Your request must include:
- Evidence of execution (documents, screenshots, actions taken)
- Clear explanation of what was implemented
- Timeline of your actions
- The expected vs actual results
3. REVIEW PROCESS
- All refund requests are manually reviewed
- Approval is based on the seriousness, consistency, and quality of execution
- The final decision is made solely by Optimized DZ
4. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:
- You did not take action
- You only consumed content without applying it
- You changed your mind
- You lacked time or commitment
- Your business decisions led to losses
- Market conditions affected your results
5. DEADLINE
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after your last billing date.
Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
