Insight+ Subscription Program

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern access to and use of the Insight+ subscription program ("Insight+"), operated by Optimized DZ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By subscribing to Insight+, you ("Member", "you") agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not subscribe.

2. LEGAL ENTITY

Insight+ is operated under the name Optimized DZ. The Company intends to register as a SARL under Algerian law.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Insight+ is a paid subscription program that includes:

• Monthly premium Insight newsletter (PDF delivered by email)
• Monthly Optimized Magazine
• Access to the private Insight+ community (currently hosted on Skool or any future platform)
• One-time subscriber bonus kit (3 playbooks + 2 tutorial videos)
• Additional content, calls, or materials published within the community

The Company reserves the right to improve, modify, expand, reduce, or restructure the content, format, or benefits at any time.

4. SUBSCRIPTION & PRICING

4.1 Silver 100 Tier

The first one hundred (100) approved subscribers to Insight+ shall be designated as the "Silver 100" members.

Silver 100 members receive:

• A subscription price of $29 USD per month
• Access to the standard Insight+ features available at the time of subscription

The Silver 100 rate is granted as a limited early-access pricing tier.

Silver 100 members retain their $29/month rate as long as:

• Their subscription remains continuously active
• Payments are successfully processed
• They do not cancel their membership

If a Silver 100 member cancels their subscription:

• The Silver 100 rate is permanently forfeited
• Rejoining will be at the then-current public price

Silver 100 membership is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be resold.

The Company reserves the right to:

• Close the Silver 100 tier once capacity is reached
• Increase pricing for future members
• Introduce additional pricing tiers
• Launch annual plans
• Offer live events
• Introduce upsells or separate paid products

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Insight+ is a recurring monthly subscription.

By subscribing, you authorize automatic billing each month until cancellation.

4.3 Cancellation

Members may cancel at any time.

Cancellation:

• Stops future billing
• Does not refund past payments
• Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle

5. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails:

• The Member may retain access for up to 30 days
• If payment is not successfully completed within that period, access may be suspended or terminated

6. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not standard and are granted only under strict conditions.

A refund may be considered only if:

1. The Member provides documented proof that they fully applied the strategies, systems, or methods taught inside Insight+.
2. The Member demonstrates that they did not achieve specific target results that were clearly defined and mutually agreed upon.
3. The Company verifies the authenticity and seriousness of the implementation.

Refund approval is solely at the Company's discretion after review.

No refunds will be granted for:

• Lack of participation
• Passive consumption of content
• Failure to execute
• Market conditions
• Personal financial decisions
• Independent business risks

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE

All content provided within Insight+ (including newsletters, magazines, PDFs, playbooks, videos, templates, recordings, and community materials) is the intellectual property of Optimized DZ.

Members are granted a:

• Non-exclusive
• Non-transferable
• Revocable license

For personal and internal business use only.

Strictly prohibited:

• Sharing content with non-members
• Republishing
• Reselling
• Redistributing
• Uploading to public platforms
• Using content for commercial resale
• Granting access to third parties

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund and possible legal action.

Certain products or offers may be sold separately and are not included in the Insight+ subscription unless explicitly stated.

8. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Members agree to:

• Behave respectfully
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct
• Not spam
• Not share confidential member information
• Not promote products or services without prior written consent
• Not post affiliate links without prior written consent

Enforcement Process:

• Warnings will generally be issued before banning
• Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or permanent removal
• Removal occurs only in cases of misconduct or violation of these Terms

No refund will be issued for termination due to misconduct.

9. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE & NO GUARANTEES

Insight+ is an educational and informational program.

The Company does not guarantee:

• Revenue
• Profit
• Business growth
• Client acquisition
• Financial success
• Specific outcomes

All content is provided for educational purposes only.

Results depend on multiple factors including execution, experience, market conditions, competition, timing, and individual effort.

Members assume full responsibility for their business decisions and outcomes.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under Algerian law, Optimized DZ shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profit
• Business interruption
• Financial losses
• Investment losses
• Third-party claims

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Member in the previous three (3) months.

11. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

The Company reserves the right to:

• Modify content
• Change delivery format
• Replace platforms
• Add or remove features
• Introduce new pricing structures
• Launch annual plans
• Add online live events
• Offer upsells or additional services

Such changes shall not retroactively revoke rights already granted unless required by law.

12. TERMINATION

The Company may terminate or suspend access if:

• The Member violates these Terms
• Payment obligations are not met
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected

Members may terminate at any time via cancellation.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Algeria.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Algeria.

14. ACCEPTANCE

By subscribing to Insight+, you confirm that:

• You have read this Agreement
• You understand it
• You agree to be legally bound by it
